Instead of doing a resumes, I will be writing a letter to a future employee on the topic of my EAR project.

As a someone who is a student, I know how hard it is to prioritize time and work with a bust schedule. Due to this experience, I have learned how to put what is important before what can wait. I always get work done before I move on to social events or gatherings. I believe this ability to prioritize makes me a good, reliable worker. I have been a student for many years and I have also worked as a lifeguard for many years. I have had many oportunities to put work before social events. The ability to prioritize and schedule well is a skill and I believe not all people have the ability to do so.
